Ohio and Kentucky Traffic Laws Protect Cyclists
Both Ohio and Kentucky have clear laws in place to protect cyclists and hold negligent drivers accountable. In Ohio, bicycles are considered vehicles under state law, which means cyclists have the same rights and responsibilities as motorists.
